Our client is a leading PE fund house & asset management firm with offices across APAC regions. To support their operations, they are looking to hire an (Assistant) Accountant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for licensed corporations (Type 1, 4 & 9)
- Conduct the monthly financial and management reporting
- Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting, FRR reports, and cash management
- Perform regular analytical review on the company financial statements
- Process intercompany transactions and settlements
- Liaise independently with external vendors, auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in accountancy, finance & related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years' solid working experience in private equity or financial services industry or commercial industry; audit experience is preferred; more experience candidate will be considered as Accountant
- CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Fluent in written/spoken English and Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel
