Our Client is a sizable international US professional consultancy firm with great reputation. They are currently looking for a Billing Specialist for their Hong Kong Office.
Job Duties:
- Reporting to the Accounting Manager and the Director of Accounting, you will be responsible for billing matters
- Prepare invoices via accounting system
- Communicate with internal parties and clients for billing & A/R issues
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or diploma holder in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years’ relevent AR or billing experience, preferably from a professional services industry / sizable MNC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience will be considered as Accounts Officer (AR).
