Our Client is a sizeable international UK professional firm with great reputation. They are currently looking for an AP accountant for their Hong Kong Office. • Accounts payable • International UK firm • MNC
Job Responsibilities
• Processing accounts payable invoices. Disbursements, reconciliation, and follow up with user departments
• Liaise with vendors and / or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
• Prepare the expenses analysis and reports for management.
• As a primary AP reviewer to meet the compliance and proactively working with Head of Finance to manage the cash outflow.
• Support system migration, data reconciliation and data testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or diploma holder in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years’ relevent AP or accounting experience, preferably from a professional services industry / sizeable MNC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
