Our client is a leading Fin-tech company with tremendous growth opportunity across the financial services sector. A well establish and sound named upon the field, their Hong Kong office is currently seeking to hire a Client services specialist to join their team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head Client servicing team, you will be involved in providing customer services support for external clients.
You will be working closely with the supporting team ranging from tech, finance team to provide tailored solutions with regards to customer enquiries.
Working with the client relationship team, you will also be involved in providing due diligence support for new client onboarding
Working with the sales team, you will also be involved in sales data analysis as well for management reporting.
Job Requirement
Degree holder/ Diploma from business/ related discipline
1-3 years of experiences from financial services/ payment platform is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with cross border clients
Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
