- Provide comprehensive and dedicated support to the Founder
- Handle complex calendar and scheduling, travel arrangement, flight bookings, accommodation and other logistics
- Handle expenses claims and monthly reports
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in providing secretarial support to C-level
- Proactive, organized, and detail-minded
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse range of people
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitudes
