Our client is a leading European luxury brand with diversified products across world wide. Their Hong Kong office is currently seeking to hire a junior legal professaional to join their Brand protection team.
Job Descrtiption
Reporting to the Legal Counsel, you will be responisble for IP and brand protection for both HK and Taiwan.
Working as part of a team, you will be managin administrative work for IP matters (e.g. POA renewal, invoicing, Intellectual Property reporting).
you will be involved in ground survey and proactively detect IP infringement issues (online or offline) and working with legal professionals to devise an effective and efficient solutions to resolve the issues
As a subject matter expert, you will also be invovled in conducting brand awareness trainings for front office staffs.
Job Requirement
Degree holder in Legal/ business related discipline
Prior expreinces (with no more than 2 years)/ internships working under the Intellectual property will be a plus but not a must
Detail minded with strong interpersonal skills
Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
Recent graduate from the legal field will also be considered
