Our client is looking for a E&M inspector, below please find the details:
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the quality and workmanship of the electrical and mechanical works to ensure compliance with the contract drawings, specifications, and other standards
- Supervising installation, testing, commissioning and handover of the completed works to the project owners in E&M part eg. lifting/ genset/ crane operation etc.
- Monitoring the work progress, proactively anticipating interface and construction problems and liaising with Project Engineers in project implement
- Monitoring the contractors' safety performance to meet the safety standards, cultivating the safe working culture and uplifting the safety standard of the Authority
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate or above in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' relevant working experience in site supervision of E&M engineering related construction works
- Experience in government project is highly preferred
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in E&M works (lifting/crane/ generator etc.)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
