We are searching a leasing officer for a top tier property developer in HK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of RETAIL premises
- Handle documents including tenancy liaison, new tenancy agreements, vacancy list, leasing proposals, and other commercial agreements
- Source new clients regularly in order to bring in new tenants brands to the company
- Establish and maintain good relationships with owners/ tenants
- To analyse market trends and prepare leasing reports
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a comparable field OR have other applicable qualification
- 2+ years' experience in RETAIL LEASING
- Mature and independent with good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong selling technique and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
