Talent Acquisition Support (Regional role, Up to 35k)

Our client is one of the leading financial services companies in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Support to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to facilitate and support the recruitment and onboarding process
• Improve effectiveness and success of the recruiters by managing and owning critical components of the end-to-end recruiting process
• Handle administrative work for all hiring activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support onboarding process for all executive hires and lead invoice/expense tracking and processing to make sure that all invoices get paid out in a timely manner
• Coordinate signing and storage of agreements/contracts and continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes

Main Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR operations or related HR positions
• Demonstrated administrative experience with strong organisational and time management skills
• Well development time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to handle multiple and often multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
