Our client is one of the top tier investment banks in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an HR Specialist to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage mobility cases, assist in mobility projects and manage related regulation changes by working in close partnership with immigration vendors
- Prepare mobility related letters and documents
- Work with immigration vendors to maintain record tracking and reporting
- Coordination of yearly mobility training with immigration vendors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party vendors as needed in order to provide end-to-end mobility solutions
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Immigration/ Mobility
- Analytical, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
