Our client is one of the leading shipping and logistic companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a HR Officer / Senior HR Officer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all-rounded HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, training and employee engagement
- Responsible for salary review, salary benchmarking, headcount management and more
- Assist in the entire training process, including but not limited to new joiners’ orientation, soft skills workshop, employee coaching
- Review and implement HR related policies and procedures to ensure they follow HK Employment Ordinance
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in the HR field, background from shipping and logistics is an advantage but not compulsory
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
- Detail-minded, independent and being able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (especially in Mandarin)
- Immediate available is an advantage
