Our client is one of the leading shipping companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking an Assistant HR Officer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR including but not limited to recruitment & selection and staff engagement
- Assist in interviews arrangement and doing reference check
- Provide support to the team for administration duties and data entry
- Arrange work permit and visa application for overseas employees
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management and related disciplines
- At least 1-2 year working experience in the HR field from sizable / multinational companies
- Detailed-minded and independent, strong administrative and communication skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR regulations
- Immediate Available is preferred
