Our client is one of the famous financial services companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an HRBP (1-Year Contract) to join their team.
- Assist People Partner on Performance Management Program, Talent Review Program, Total Compensation Reward Program, etc.
- Support People Partner across full range of activities in the HR programs such as performance management, employee relations, colleague survey, change management, organizational effectiveness, wellness related programs, etc.
- Provide monthly budget and forecast reporting and analysis
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, MNC environment preferred
- Multi-tasking, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
