Our client is one of the leading financial services companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an L&D Associate (2-Year Contract) to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, implementation and coordination of training programs
- Update program materials, materials preparation and distribution, reserving venue and room set-up
- Consolidate program evaluation summaries and analysis feedback
- Responsible for e-learning platform and all related activities including but not limited to enrolling new
- joiners, sending notification and reporting
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management/Business Administration/equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Analytical, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
