Our client is one of the leading financial services companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking a C&B Associate to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a checker role and provide administration support to the C&B team in payroll preparation and calculation
- Handle employee's enquiries on HR related issues
- Maintain and update employee database and HRIS
- Manage benefit administration e.g., medical and life insurance, MPF, leave record
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree In human resources management or related disciplines
- Around 2-3 year's work experience in C&B payroll, background from banking / financial services industry is an advantage but not compulsory
- Experience in handling payroll for PRC headcounts is an advantage
- Strong analytic and numerical skills with high accuracy
- Detail-minded and can work independently
