Our client is one of the luxury high fashion brands in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an HR Coordinator to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Support on full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, MPF, tax filing, budgeting preparation, etc.
- Regularly communicate with colleagues to ensure payroll services are delivered in a professional and timely manner
- Support company activities, contract preparation, meeting and appointment
- Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report filing
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Analytical, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
