Our client is one of the leading insurance companies in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a HR Specialist to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acted as a HR Business Partner to provide advisory service on contract roles and internships
- Support HR Operations including but not limited to payroll and administration, HRIS data entry and enquiries, vender negotiation on payroll issue, in-house training delivery for HK regional office
- Support work visa application and relocation
- Responsible for tax reporting for local and expatriate employees
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Main Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in the HR field, payroll experience is mandatory
- Prior experience in Workday is preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Detail-minded and being able to multi-task
