Our client is one of the leading telecom companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an Assistant C&B Manager to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist C&B Manager to handle full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll, MPF, taxation, leave management, annual performance review, annual salary and bonus review, annual budgeting, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related duties
- Lead the HRIS enhancement project and compile HR related statistics and reports for management review
- Formulate and review C&B policies and provide practical and professional advice and guidance to business and HR team members
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in C&B operation
- Analytical, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
