Job Description

This is a client facing role where he/she will be expose to working with world class multinationals, top tier financial services companies.

You will be sitting through the end to end talent acquisition cycle ranging from sourcing, process management plus post offer consultative services.

You will be responsible to identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments; Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs

Acting as a manpower consultant, you will be ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback

You will also be working closely with cross team functions to organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships

Job Requirement

Degree holder from business or other related discipline

Prior 2-4 years of work expereinces from a customer services, supply chain, financial services/ accounitng

Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude

Detail minded with the ability to multi-task

Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
