Our client is one of the leading financial services companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for a Campus Recruiter to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for hiring interns and graduates from attraction, hiring and pre-onboarding engagement
- Responsible for planning and coordinating on-campus/virtual career fairs, and reviewing marketing campaigns
- Update and maintain recruitment data and provide analysis, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure assessment system meet the selection requirement
- Assist in formulating recruitment strategies with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract top junior talent
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in campus recruitment, preferably with finance and banking background
- Good team player, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
