Our client is one of the leading telecom companies in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an Assistant HR Manager/Senior HR Officer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like talent acquisition and retention, change management, etc.
- Provide professional HR account services to designated Business Units/Corporate Units, including recruitment, staff retention, salary benchmarking, disciplinary and performance management
- Support in various employee relations activities
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
