One of the worldwide top tier information service consultancy companies in Hong Kong is currently looking for numerous of client service associate to join their family for 2022 and 2023 business plan
Main Descriptions:
• Drive the process by actively source and engage experts using internal database and external digital directories
• Match client’s needs and wants with the most relevant matching and appropriate interaction formats
• Schedule and manage all the interactions during the whole progress
• Provide and deliver an excellent client experience
Main Requirement:
• A bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurriculars
• 0-2 years working experience. No prior work experience is necessary, but relevant internships and other evidence of interest in business and a commercial career is a plus
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English plus third language (Mandarin / Japanese / Korean / Bahasa Indonesia / Hindi / Thai)
