Designer - Global media and entertainment company

Role Overview: This role will lead product approvals for publishing category all markets with a focus on China and Japan, as well as wider creative support for GCG Asia team. This is a 2 years contract with a leading global media and entertainment company.

Key responsibilities:

• Product approvals for the publishing category consumer product: design and editorial
• review for Asia
• Oversee product design approval for design submission platform Asia and follow up the
• submission status
• Marketing/retail/franchise visual review support
• Closely work with designers for various design project support
• Create/archive creative document to share/report
• Design visual creation for style guide project
• Active communication with internal/external partners regarding creative projects
• Conduct monthly call with Creative team to connect with partners

Key Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Art or Design or equivalent experience
• Experience in product development ideally in publishing, licensing environment
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• and have strong creative and design skills
• Intermediate experience within the MS office programs
• Good ability in written and spoken Chinese & English
