Our client is a European fragrance brand with a prestigue history of success across worldwide. To cope with their continuous expansion, their Hong Kong Logistics team is currently seeking to hire a Logistics Analyst for their operationa team in Hong Kong.
Job description
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Hong Kong, you will be responsible to assist for the day-to-day operational activities of Supply Chain Management Department.
Working as part of a team, you will be handling customer order and assisting document preparation and arranging delivery.
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers for pricing, quality, lead time, mode of shipment, payments terms and logistics cost control (including freight, duty, and customs clearance);
Handle full set shipping document from offshore countries to Hong Kong local market.
Control and Review warehouses efficiencies in operations and costs.
Job Requirement
Degree hold/ Higher Diploma/ Diploma in Logistics or supply chain
Prior 4-5 years relevant background from either shipping/ logistics field
Possess a can do attitude with the ability to multi-tasking
Familiar with MS Office i.e. Excel
Complete fluency in English and Cantonese
Immediate available is highly preferred
