Our client is a World known European Buying office with multiple consumer brands worldwide. To cope with their growing business needs, their Regional APAC headquarter in HK is currently seeking to hire a Regional logistics Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Report to Regional Logistics Manager, you will be responsible to conduct commercial analysis for tender management process for 3PL/ shipping vendors.
- Acting as an in house logistics consultant , you will be working in the cost optimization by development of cost management tools and make recommendation on rate/ tipping among vendor 3PL list
- Working as part of a team, you will also be involved in setting measurement of the key logistics cost driver and drive carriers from transaction contract management for minimizing the company operational cost
- Working closely with the operational team in relation to conduct supply chain cost analysis and inventory optimization
- You will also be involved in prepare supply chain budget and undertake data analysis in order to
- identify process innovation and cost improvement
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Supply chain/ logistics / other related discipline
- Prior 4-6 years of shipping/ logistics background
- Previous working experiences in 3PL/ Shipping industry will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office i.e. Excel
- Strong numerical sense with an analytical mind
- Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
