Senior Business Analyst, Asset Management

A large asset management firm is looking for senior business analyst working on a massive order managemnet revamp and production roll-out.

Responsibilities;

• Gathering functional and business requirements and participant in project scope refinement.
• Prepare document and presentation on the overall Target Operating Model for business, opeartional and support teams
• Closely liaise with key stakeholders, funtional team heads to the solution design and business work logic re-engineering.
• Work with legal and regulatory compliance functions to ensure adhereance to all internal and regulatory policies
• Documenting business process flows and procedures and coordinate with both global and local teams throughout the implementation stages.
• Build and execute test plans, user testing and subsequent system release and production roll-out

Requirements:

• Prior IT project management or bsuiness analysis experience derived from buy/sell side.
• Familiar with any asset classes, work logic and their trade life cycle.
• Good knowledge in corporate action processes and cash management system.
• Experience in order management system projects, such as Murex, Bloomberg AIM, etc, are advantageous.
• Experience in Target Operating Model design, documentation, and business continuity planning.
• English proficieny.
