Senior Manger- Business Transformation (Program Co-ordination)

Looking for high caliber professional to join Business Transformation Department. Reporting to Head of Business Transformation, the appointee will be responsible for leading the Transformation Programm, coordinating team to support a holistic forward-looking view of the Transformation execution. Proactively facilitates and co-ordinates governance and cross enterprise collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

 Support the development of the Transformation Co-ordination strategy and processes
 Co-ordinate the Transformation team to track and monitor all transformation initiatives maintaining a holistic view of status to support decision making
 Co-ordinate and support key Transformation governance forums
 Identify, assess and monitor Transformation risks, issues, dependencies and facilitate stakeholder mitigations discussions
 Develop programme management excellence methods, tools and high impact programme support skills (and supply as required)

Key Requirements:

 Minimum 10 years of experience in managing / supporting large scale Transformation or similar programmes
 Experience in working within complex stakeholder environments and also agile delivery
 Experience in planning / structuring complex programmes, change management and communications
 Experience in the energy sector or other asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded
