A market leading financial institution is now hiring a Assistant PM/BA for their transformation team. Successful incumbent should possess end-to-end business analyst and project management experience. This will be an ideal opportunity for candidates to step up in the digital transformation area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project planning, testing and implementation, arrange UAT testing and oversee new digital product / service launch
- Work closely with business, operation and compliance, project schedule and time-line management, balance the needs and priority for different business units
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills for stakeholder management, understand business needs and process, provide solution and suggestion for process and business improvement
- Perform excellent documentation for knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- University graduate in information technology, business administration, financial engineering-related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- 2+ year business analyst / project management experience in Banking & Financial Service
- Experience in business transformation, operation process improvement or work-flow streamline will be a plus
- Domain knowledge in Digital Banking/ Card & loans / Customer & Omni-Channel Management / Wealth Management
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Short notice will be a plus
