Data Scientist (up to 120K) - iBank

A well-known ibank is now hiring a senior candidate specialised in Data Science for leading the team.

Responsibility

• End-to-end delivery of data/analytics products right from data sourcing, cleansing, feature engineering, model building & validation, live experimentation, and operationalization with feedback loop
• Hands-on develop advanced analytics/ Machine Learning-based solutions to uplift effectiveness of analytics, modelling and customer contact riding on (i) supervised/ unsupervised Machine Learning techniques (ii) unstructured data e.g. digital footprint
• Integrate customer external and internal data, structured and unstructured

Requirement

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data and Information Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing large scale analytics deliverables/ projects in the Financial Services Industry
• Experience in machine learning model building, training, tuning, and deployment
• Hands-on coding proficiency for the most commonly used machine learning algorithms, such as Random Forest, LightGBM, XGBoost, Clustering methods, ADAM/Bayesian optimisation, CNN, RNN, Transformer model, Time series analysis models, etc.
• Both well understanding and hands-on experience in one of AWS cloud, GCP or Azure
• NLP knowledge and hands-on coding capability
• Hands-on engineering capability in one or more of below technologies: Kubernetes/docker/Kubeflow, Spark/Hadoop, Flask/FastAPI/Nginx/gunicorn
• Working experience in external facing consultancy firm or internet companies
• Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
