A well-known bank is now hiring a Data Engineer for their team.
Responsibility
- Build end-to-end data architecture including data extraction, data transformation and data modelling
- Perform high performance data discovery, big data analytics, defining transformation logic and data model
- Data mining and statistical techniques to develop insights and transformational outcomes, visualise data and insights
- Work with internal business user for getting requirements
- Develop and maintain ETL interfaces to ingest new data feeds using Python, SQL, etc.
- Create & maintain logical and physical data models based on design meetings, ensure data quality and integrity, compare and cross check data between source database and spreadsheets and final database
Requirement
- Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2+ years of relevant development experience in data analytics
- Experience in Banking Industry will be an advantage
- Good Understanding on SAS and transformation logic
- Experience in Data Lake, Data Warehouse and Data Mart
- Experience in ETL tools; Informatica would be advantageous
- Experience in Programming Languages: SQL/Python/Spark/Flux
- Good in spoken Chinese and English
